Safaed provides premium cleaning services for sneakers, gear, and clothing with a focus on quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions governing our services.
1. Responsibility for Items
At Safaed, we ensure all items are handled with utmost care. However, we cannot be held responsible for:
Damage, shrinkage, or fading resulting from the natural limitations of the materials or fabric.
Items with pre-existing wear and tear, weak stitching, or structural issues.
Items prone to color bleeding or delicate fabrics that do not withstand normal cleaning procedures.
Customers are advised to check for specific cleaning instructions on the care label before submitting items.
2. Sneakers and Gear
We use advanced cleaning techniques to give your sneakers and gear a fresh, clean look.
Due to the unique properties of materials like leather, suede, and mesh, certain stains, scuffs, or discoloration may not be completely removable.
Natural textures, marks, or changes in appearance that occur during cleaning are not within our control.
Customers must disclose any fragile materials or pre-existing issues before service.
3. Clothes Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and Ironing
Safaed offers professional cleaning for clothing items with strict adherence to care labels.
Items marked "Dry Clean Only" will only be machine-washed if explicitly requested by the customer, and we hold no responsibility for resulting damage.
Clothes prone to shrinkage, fading, or other issues caused by fabric limitations will be cleaned with care, but Safaed is not liable for damage caused by these natural properties.
Buttons, embellishments, and zippers are cleaned cautiously, but damage caused during cleaning or ironing is not the company’s responsibility.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Safaed operates on a non-refundable basis. Once the cleaning process has been completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Any concerns regarding services must be reported within 24 hours of order collection or delivery.
5. Liability During Transit and Storage
Safaed is not liable for loss or damage to items during transit, whether handled by third-party couriers or our in-house pickup and delivery team.
While we maintain stringent security and care measures, Safaed will not be held responsible for damage or loss caused by unforeseen events, such as theft, fire, or natural disasters.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure all personal belongings are removed from items before submission. Safaed will not be responsible for the loss of valuables left inside items.
Clear and accurate information about the condition of items, including any pre-existing damage, must be provided during order submission.
If issues arise due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, Safaed will not be held liable.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the condition or service of items must be supported with relevant documentation, such as photos, provided by the customer.
In case of compensation for lost or damaged items, the settlement amount will be limited to 1-5 times the service charge for the affected item.
8. Updates to Terms
Safaed reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to check the website regularly for updates.
