Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Package Condition: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@safaed.com.

2. Pickup and Delivery for Services

Convenient Pick-Up and Drop-Off: For services such as laundry, dry cleaning, and specialized cleaning of sneakers and gear, we provide pick-up and delivery at your preferred location.

Standard Turnaround Time: Services are typically completed within 3–5 business days, unless specified otherwise during booking.

Coverage Area: Pick-up and delivery services are available in selected areas. If your location is outside our coverage zone, we will notify you during the booking process.

3. Changes or Cancellations

For Products: You may update your shipping address before the product is shipped by contacting us at hello@safaed.com. Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

For Services: You may reschedule pick-up or delivery by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
